Question PlayNC account(s) access issues.

Ok, I’ve been trying to resolve this for a very long time and frankly I’m just tired of it, I’ll try to lay down the facts rather than getting into the who/what/where etc.

I bought 3 Guild Wars accounts round about launch, since then I added 1 of the expansions, prophecies to each, a couple of the accounts also have extra like character slots I must have done around that time.

So for now lets call them Account1, Account2 & Account 3.

I can still log into each game account and play without issue but have no access to the PlayNC accounts, I must have set one up for at least Account 1 as it has the extra storage etc.

UK user so no phone support at all and the basic method of supplying information through their FAQ form is completely inadequate, 3 or 4 emails over the years detailing everything extensively have had no reply.

What do I do?

On the NCsoft "support" webpage, if you login, you can submit a ticket where you ask your specific questions. I did it 4 times (2 times I could have found the information by searching a bit more on the net) and I always had useful replies. Their FAQ never helped me, because I had specific questions.

Did you submit a ticket?

Way back yes twice in total, but both times was given a copy/paste post of their FAQ page.

Since the recent changes to the cash for upgrades features, NCSoft has been putting quite a bit of time into resolving NCSoft account issues. Now is the best time for you to try again, since they have been devoting resources into helping people with similar problems.

My brother had a similar problem with a single account where he no longer had the email address that he used to open the NCSoft account, and couldn't remember his username/password. When they finally got back to him, they asked him to verify some info like the mailing address he listed at the time, etc. and they cleared it up for him.

Is it possible that when the in-game store came out you added each account to separate NC accounts? It is highly possible. And I don't understand why NC has to be so complicated/diffucult to understand. Accounts are case sensitive on the NC website...When I reset my password i got an email of my account name and new pass. The account name was in all lower case but after 3 failed attempts and waiting.. I tried a capital at the first letter and... wtf it worked. They need to adjust NC a bit IMO. And a little more info about gw accounts bound to the NC account would also help a great deal. Hell.. even if my GW account got hacked id love to go straight to my NC account and tterminate my GW account just so someone doesn't get to keep all my accomplishments for GW 2.
